The Rustavi court dropped the charges against the person charged for the murder of 13-year-old nephew and closed the case, – New Week program has learned about this exclusively.

Judge Madonna Maisuradze satisfied the motion filed by the Prosecutor’s Office sentenced Valeri Imeradze to two-year compulsory treatment in Khoni Psychiatric Hospital.

The judge took this decision on the basis of Samkharauli medical expertise conclusion.
