National Center for Diseases Control says that all local contacts of infected persons in Mestia are identified

Konstantine Gvetadze, Deputy Head of National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health said that all local contacts of the infected with coronavirus persons in Mestia Municipality were identified.

According to Gvetadze, the epidemiological situation in Mestia Municipality is under control. He said that 3 367 people had already been tested on the virus and almost 90% of the municipality was comprised with its villages.

“The epidemiological brigade is working and special headquarters is established. We have 6 epidemiologists who are in regular contact with Tbilisi. We continue research and work,” Gvetadze said.
