MPs get Sinopharm jab

The ruling team and the opposition MPs have got the Sinopharm vaccine live on TV at Central Republican Hospital on Wednesday.
Shalva Papuashvili, Nino Latsabidze, Giorgi Amilakhvari from the parliamentary majority, and Teona Akubardia, Paata Manjgaladze, and Avtandil Enukidze from the opposition got the jab. They urge the citizens to get the shot to end pandemic.
Inoculation with the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine kicked off on April 4. Georgian citizens will be able to book the second dose of the Sinopharm vaccine from today, 8 pm.
The recommended interval between doses is 21-28 days, the National Centre for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC) said.
