MP Bochorishvili: Georgia on international agenda

Chairwoman of the Eurointegration parliamentary committee Mariam Bochorishvili declared it is crucial when Georgia’s strategic partner mentions the Georgian issue in talks with Russia.

According to Mariam Bochorishvili, the resolution of the Georgia-Russia conflict should be high on the international agenda.

“The fact that Georgia was one of the issues discussed during the phone conversation between the US Secretary of State and Russian Foreign Minister is crucial. We take every opportunity to put Georgia’s challenges on the international agenda,” Bochorishvili claimed.

Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke about the Russian military aggression against Georgia and Ukraine in a recent telephone conversation.
