Maybe some people speak Russian, watch Russian programs, films and football matches. But this does not mean that they will become victims of Russian propaganda, Mitch Semel‏, Professor of Long Island University stated in Week Interview Program of First Channel.

“Misinformation spread in Georgian language may be more dangerous than that disseminated in Russian,” he said. According to Semel, the best instrument of propaganda is that a person does not know that it represents propaganda.
