Georgia’s economy is gradually returning to its positive development – Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development said when commenting about the statistics regarding foreign trade for September.
Based on the data published by Statistics National Service, Georgia’s export in September of 2020 increased by 8, 6% that according to Minister means improvement of foreign trade balance in parallel to the decrease of import.
Turnava said that agriculture and textile products had the biggest share in the increase of export. The amount of export reached 332 million GEL in September. At the same time, trade deficiency improved by USD 98,5 million.
