MIA investigating fact of child’s injuring with pyrotechnics

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) is leading an investigation into the fact of a child’s injuring with pyrotechnics at Tbilisi #71 Kindergarten.

The investigation is in progress under Article 124 of Criminal Code of Georgia that envisages inflicting harm to health as a result of carelessness.

One child received minor injuries at the kindergarten. The child was provided medical assistance at a hospital and has already been discharged from the clinic.

The video about the use of pyrotechnics at the kindergarten was released through the social network.
