MIA begins publishing receipts of video fines

Ministry of Internal Affairs has begun publishing of receipts of video fines. The receipts will be considered as received by the penalized person on the 30^th day after its publication on website police.ge.

The person, who violates the law, will also receive instant SMS upon detection of the penalty. If the fine is not paid within 10-day term, the receipt will be sent to the residence address based on registration place of the person.

It is noteworthy that fines detected by photos or video cameras are not reflected on points system of driving licenses.
