Mayor of Tokyo congratulates Salome Zurabishvili on election as president

Yuriko Koike, Mayor of Tokyo congratulated Salome Zurabishvili on election as president of Georgia and invited her to the World Rugby Championship.

In a congratulatory letter, Tokyo Mayor wished success to Georgia’s president-elect and said that Tokyo government was working on strengthening ties with Georgia in accordance with the “Global Friendship Project” initiated by the Georgian and Japanese Embassies.
