More members of NATO believe that Georgia deserves membership of the alliance – Mamuka Bakhtadze, Georgian Prime Minister stated during the opening of the 4th International Conference “World in 2018 Upside Down” organized by Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC) of McCain Institute.
According to Bakhtadze, the road to NATO is full of challenges but Georgia’s performance on this path is quite successful. “Georgia has all practical tools for NATO membership. Therefore, our expectations are very optimistic. The decision made at NATO Bucharest Summit gives affirmation that Georgia will become a NATO member,” Bakhtadze said.
