Kerch College shooting: death toll rises to 20

20 people have been killed and dozens injured in a shooting at a college in Kerch, Russian-annexed Crimea. 10 people stay in hospital in a critical health condition.
Powerful blast was followed by a shooting in a college in Kerch yesterday. The attack was carried out by an 18-year-old student of the same college, who has committed suicide.
The incident was earlier described as a “terrorist act”, but Russia’s investigative committee has now reclassified it as “mass murder”.
