Ivane Machavariani – Agreement between Kartu Fund and Vivus Company is reached

Ivane Machavariani, Georgian Finance Minister says that an agreement is reached between Kartu Fund and Vivus Company regarding annulling of financial liabilities.

According to Machavariani, negotiations lasted during one week and no problems are likely to take place in that direction.

Machavariani said several days ago that writing off debts did not concern clients of Vivus Company since the company turned down the agreement.

Later, Vivus released a statement and expressed readiness to become involved in the initiative of the Georgian government.
