Irakli Kobakhidze - Thousands of Georgians will celebrate Georgia’s CoE Chairmanship on December 14

Majority MP Irakli Kobakhidze says that thousands of Georgians will celebrate Georgia’s Chairmanship of the Council of Europe on December 14 in Tbilisi at the organization of the ruling Georgian Dream Party.

According to Kobakhidze, the activity, dedicated to Georgia’s CoE Chairmanship, will be organized with the party resource. He said that the fact that Georgia will be Chairman of the Council of Europe for the next 6 months is an important event.

“We want thousands of people to gather in Tbilisi center to mark this important event together,” Kobakhidze said.

The large-scale gathering on December 14 will be held at the initiative of Youth Organization of Georgian Dream Party. It will wrap up solemn week dedicated to Georgia’s Chairmanship of CoE.
