I think that implementation of the reorganization at the Presidential Administration is possible without amendments to the law, – Speaker of Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze said.

According to him the discussions over this issue have been held within the team and two MPs were asked to prepare relevant amendments.

“There was the difference over the issue inside the team. I think that the implementation of the reorganization is possible without amendments to the law. The number of employees is changing”, – Irakli Kobakhidze said.

According to Speaker, the number of employees will be 60 instead of 140, taking the budget into consideration.

“The draft bill aimed to carry out the reorganization properly, but the implementation of the reorganization at Presidential Administration is possible without these amendments. Those people, who deserve the status of civil servants should maintain this status at the Administration of President.

The reorganization must be carried out unconditionally. It is inevitable and the status of each employee should be determined, each of them will have a professional status, someone will be employed by the contract”, – Irakli Kobakhidze said.
