Irakli Kobakhidze – Giorgi Shengelia won in first round of by-elections in Zugdidi

Giorgi Shengelia, mayoral candidate of Georgian Dream Party won in the very first round of by-elections in Zugdidi town of western Samegrelo region with high advantage – Irakli Kobakhidze, Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia Party and Chairman of Parliament said.

Kobakhidze said that the data of election bulletins from 88 polling stations out of 107 were already counted. “Based on the results, Shengelia won 54,08% of votes,” Kobakhidze said.
