IMF to allocate USD 42.4 million to Georgia

The Executive Council of International Monetary Fund (IMF) today supported completion of the first revision of a 3-year program. The 30 million SDR (about USD 42.4 million) will be allocated to Georgia.

The amount of allocated money within the framework of the ongoing program reached 60 million SDR (USD 84.8 million).

“Expanded financing mechanism,” the total amount of which is USD 297.5 million, was approved by IMF to Georgia on April 12.
