In my opinion, the government should take responsibility and control the situation. This field should not be moved into the private sector’s hands. If this moves into the private sector’s hands, the government will be responsible for this process – the Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia said after the end of the traditional Sunday prayer at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Georgia.

We must remember that it is dangerous. It is dangerous because drug addicts from other countries will come to Georgia and will enjoy this freedom. In this way, there is more chance to increase drug addiction in Georgia.

I would like to ask our government to see this issue with great responsibility – Partiarch of Georgia  stated.
