Hotel to be arranged at former Ananov Palace in Vartiskhe

A hotel and tourist infrastructure will be arranged at former Ananov Palace in Vartsikhe, a village in Baghdati Municipality, Imereti region of Georgia, within the framework of “50 Properties for Your Hotel” Project.

About 4 million GEL will be invested in the project – National Agency of State Property reports. Exhibition hall of alcohol beverages and sports complex will be located in the premise.

The Agency handed over the 73 500 square meters of the land plot and the buildings located on the territory to Invest Group Ltd through electronic auction.
