We all agree that occupation is the biggest problem, the biggest challenge, the greatest evil for our country. And people, who should bear even silent responsibility for the occupation, urge and accuse us while evaluating occupation issue, which is unacceptable, – Giorgi Gakharia, the candidate for the post of Prime Minister of Georgia said at the plenary session of the parliament.

As Gakharia noted, privatization of the issues such as devotion to the homeland and fight against the occupation is inadmissible.

“Even key issues such as occupation, that nobody questions at the level of values are called into question through lies. We all agree that occupation is the biggest problem, the biggest challenge, the greatest evil for our country. And people, who should bear even silent responsibility for the occupation, urge and accuse us while evaluating occupation issue, which is unacceptable. The privatization of the issues such as devotion to the homeland and fight against the occupation is inadmissible. We must confront this aggressive rhetoric, this simulated reality with the truth”, – Gakharia said.

As Prime Minister candidate noted values that have been established in this country since 2012, including property rights, basic social conditions and so on, are not enough and should be extended.
