GeoStat – Georgia’s economic growth in September was 5.6%

Georgia’s economic growth in September was 5.6% – Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of the National Statistic Bureau of Georgia (GeoStat) stated.

Based on the information of GeoStat, the real growth of economy for the third quarter was 4%, while average indexing for the last 9 month – 4.9%.

According to Todradze, the growth was fixed in industry, trade, real estate operations, and the sector of restaurants and hotels. During the 9 months of 2018, export increased by 2.7%, while import – by 19.1%.
