Georgian PM meets with Chairman of Ukraine’s RADA

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, being on an official visit in Ukraine, has met with Chairman of Ukraine’s Verkhovna RADA Dmytro Razumkov.

Before the meeting, Georgian PM said that Georgia and Ukraine were united both by the past and present-day common challenges such as territorial integrity of the countries. “I am sure we will be able to take effective and productive steps jointly in this direction,” Gakharia said.

Chairman of Ukraine’s RADA said that Ukraine and Georgia had many things in common; they were bounded with common aspirations and similar challenges such as the struggle for the restoration of territorial integrity.

“Our relations and history of both countries proved that we will cope with these challenges worthily,” Razumkov said.

Within the framework of his visit to Ukraine, Georgian PM will also meet with Ukraine’s Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and hold a face-to-face meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
