Georgian PM meets business representatives

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia is meeting with the business representatives in the government administration on Monday.

The businessmen demand full reopening of the economy, weekend work permits, and rescheduling the movement restrictions from 12 pm instead of 9 pm. They also request business involvement in the vaccination process.

One of the biggest shopping malls, Lilo Mall Director Giorgi Kvaratskhelia, hopes the government would financially help traders that face difficulties due to business closure.

The President of the Business Association of Georgia, Soso Pkhakadze, believes the economy should fully reopen amid the current epidemiological situation.
