Georgian Dream Leaders visit dried fruit enterprise 'Geo Organic'

The Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia, the Secretary-General of the Georgian Dream Kakha Kaladze and the majoritarian MP candidate of the Georgian Dream in Gurjaani, Sagarejo, Dedoplistskaro and Sighnaghi constituencies Davit Songhulashvili visited the dried fruit enterprise Geo Organic.

Authorities were interested in the work process of the enterprise. Alexander Nikolaishvili, owner of Geo Organic, briefed Georgian Dream leaders on the investment, noting that the enterprise, which was supported by programs of the Ministry of Agriculture, produces 600 tons of fruit a year.

According to the entrepreneur, Geo Organic will be able to process up to 1000 tons of fruit next year. The total investment of the enterprise is 5 million GEL, of which own share is 3.1 million GEL, the state grant is 345,000 GEL, and the preferential agro-credit is 1,500,000 GEL. Geo Organic plans to export products to the Czech Republic, Sweden and Ukraine.
