Georgia reports 659 coronavirus cases, 713 recoveries, 16 deaths

Georgia has reported 659 coronavirus cases, 713 recoveries, and 16 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.

14,200 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 6,608 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 7,592 were PCR tests.

Georgia’s total case tally reached 377,811, among them, 359,939 people recovered and 5,468 died.

The daily test-positivity rate stands at 4,64%, while 3,87% in the past 14 days.

There are 67 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 3,740 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 902 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.

As of today, 303,407 people got the coronavirus jab.
