Georgia reports 5 450 new coronavirus cases, 2 306 recoveries

Georgia has reported 5 450 new coronavirus cases, 2 306 recoveries, and 37 deaths in the past 24 hours, the data has recently been updated on stopcov.ge, a special webpage created by the Georgian government.

In total, Georgia’s confirmed coronavirus cases increased to 158 154, among them 129 210 recovered and 1 462 died.

There are 1 325 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities and 52 850 people remain in self-isolation.

Currently, 4 067 patients undergo treatment at COVID hotels, 6 768 people remain at hospitals, and 16 621 infected people manage their symptoms at home.
