Georgia reports 311 coronavirus cases, 936 recoveries, 12 deaths

Georgia has reported 311 coronavirus cases, 936 recoveries, and 12 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.

10,442 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 5,216 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 5,226 were PCR tests.

Georgia’s total case tally reached 354,276, among them, 340,328 people recovered and 5,060 died.

The daily test-positivity rate stands at 2,98%, while 2,61% in the past 14 days.

There are 34 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 3,175 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 596 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.

Currently, out of 692 critical patients, 194 require mechanical ventilation.

As of today, 207,470 people got the coronavirus vaccine.
