Georgia reports 307 coronavirus cases, 1,014 recoveries, 24 deaths

Georgia has reported 307 coronavirus cases, 1,014 recoveries, and 24 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.

11,117 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 5,477 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 5,640 were PCR tests.

Georgia’s total case tally reached 349,405, among them, 334,519 people recovered and 4,934 died.

The daily test-positivity rate stands at 2,76%, while 2,88% in the past 14 days.

There are 35 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 3,428 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 627 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.

Currently, out of 752 critical patients, 202 require mechanical ventilation.

As of today, 173,345 people got the coronavirus vaccine.
