Georgia reported 204 coronavirus cases, 736 recoveries, and 15 deaths on Monday, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 86 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 31 cases and the Guria region with 18 cases.
Georgia’s total case tally now stands at 262 228, among them 254 350 people recovered and 3 298 died.
There are 446 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 2 229 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 295 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.
Currently, there are 499 critical patients, among them, 134 require mechanical ventilation.
