Georgia reports 1 550 coronavirus cases, 494 recoveries, 15 deaths

Georgia reported 1 550 coronavirus cases, 494 recoveries, and 15 deaths on Tuesday, according to the National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health (NCDC).

Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 647 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 249 cases and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region with 145 cases.

Georgia’s total case tally now stands at 249 465, among them 235 130 people recovered and 2 973 died.
