Georgia celebrates Parish holiday

Orthodox Christians in Georgia celebrate Parish holiday today.

Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II offered congratulations to Georgian people.

Man is always in motion, goes up and down. We ask the Lord to give us the strength to walk on the stairs of perfection. This is necessary. Our ancestors did a raft of work to increase their spirituality.

We live in a difficult time when kindness is often inhibited and the evil is in the foreground.

We ask the Lord to bless the nation with his glory. God has given us the power to become worthy of the parish – Ilia II stated.
