The former head of Sberbank operating in occupied Abkhazia was detained in Moscow. Russian media reports.

In occupied Abkhazia, Temur Bganba was accused of abuse of power and a search warrant was issued.

The so-called Prosecutor’s Office of occupied Abkhazia published information about inspecting on February 3.

The case is related to 700 million Rubles, which according to investigations, were seized from the bank through fraud in the early 2000s.
