Foreign Ministry released  statement on 44th round of Geneva International Negotiations

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the 44th round of internationally mediated Geneva Negotiations, the issues regarding the execution of justice on the murder of Archil Tatunashvili and fulfilment of all the provisions of the ceasefire agreement of 12 August 2008 were raised at the session.

Georgian Foreign Ministry has released a statement about the 44th round of the Geneva International Negotiations.

According to the statement, the representatives of Georgia handed over the interim conclusion of Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau to co-chairmen and Geneva International Negotiators, which clearly demonstrates the fact of torture and murder of Archil Tatunashvili.

Georgian representatives called on Russia for not impeding investigations ongoing about punishment of those responsible for murder of Giga Otkhozoria and Archil Tatunashvili in the occupied regions.

The current situation regarding security, humanitarian and human right across occupied regions was talked about during the 44th round of Geneva negotiations.
