Due to the coronavirus, at this stage, it is not planned to suspend the educational process, there is no threat of an epidemic, – Ekaterine Tikaradze, Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories of Georgia, Labour, Health and Social Affairs, said at a special briefing.

As she notes there is no need to declare a state of emergency.

The first case of novel Chinese coronavirus was confirmed in Georgia. A 50-year-old Georgian man, who arrived on February 25 from Iran to Georgia through Azerbaijan, tested positive on coronavirus.
