Educational process in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Gori, Poti to kick off remotely from September 15, in-person learning from October 1
“The educational process in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Gori and Poti will kick off remotely from September 15, and in the classrooms and auditoriums from October 1,” stated the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia at today’s briefing at the Government Administration.
According to the head of government, the hybrid model of teaching was already prepared as the existing number of students in different towns, schools and classrooms require some readjustment.
“This applies to private schools and indoor classes outside of school. As for outdoor classes, epidemiologists and specialists will make the relevant protocol regarding this issue,” stressed the Prime Minister.
