The 3.8 magnitude earthquake hit Georgia today, as reported by the Institute of Earth Sciences – National Center for Seismic Monitoring.

According to the Seismic Monitoring Center, the epicenter of the earthquake, at 15:50 Tbilisi time, was near Java settlement of occupied Tskhinvali region.
