Davit Zalkaliani: Georgia-Azerbaijan border delimitation-demarcation commissions will resume work

We have agreed with the Azerbaijani side that the Georgia-Azerbaijan border delimitation-demarcation commissions will resume work and movement at the certain points of Davit Gareji monastery complex will be carried out without difficulties, taking into account the existing practices – the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani commented on the situation around Davit Gareji monastery complex.

According to Davit Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs had intensive communication with the Azerbaijani counterpart under the order of the Prime Minister of Georgia on this issue.

According to Minister, the agreement is reached, based on which delimitation-demarcation commissions will be staffed and will resume its work.
