Communications Commission calls on Magticom not to leave subscribers of Magti Fix without service

The Georgian National Communications Commission calls on Magticom LTD not to leave subscribers of Magti Fix without service in connection with the expiration of CDMA license after June 17.

According to the Commission, it has been proposing Magticom different ways for extending the license for more than 2 months and was ready to go on a compromise due to the interests of the subscribers. However, the company rejected all the possible ways out.

The commission says the service has vital importance for the locals residing across the occupied territories and mountainous regions. It urges Magticom for consideration of the offers or ensuring the subscribers with an alternative communication service.
