Citizens party: As ruling team ends blackmail, opposition to act responsibly

“The Georgian Dream has ended blackmailing, now the opposition must act responsibly,” said Aleko Elisashvili, a member of the parliamentary opposition and leader of the Citizens party.

Elisashvili believes the Georgian Dream made the right decision when refrained from terminating opposition mandates.

The parliamentary majority decided at the Georgian Dream HQ not to revoke the mandates of 51 opposition MPs and give them an opportunity to respect their voters’ will.
