The Central Election Commission (CEC) has counted 100% of votes of the second round of self-governance elections. According to the CEC, Georgian Dream candidates won in Kutaisi, Kazbegi, Martvili, Borjomi and Khashuri.

The exception is Ozurgeti. Independent candidate Konstantine Sharashenidze defeated Beglar Sioridze, mayoral candidate of the ruling party, with 79 votes.

The voter turnout was fixed at 33, 23 %. A total of 35 complaints have been submitted.
