Archpriest Andria Jaghmaidze – Believes will have to arrive at churches before curfew and leave territory at 6 AM
The believers will have to arrive at churches before start of curfew, i.e. 9 PM and leave the territory at 6 AM on Easter night – Archpriest Andria Jaghmaidze, Head of Press Center of Patriarchate announced the decision of Georgia’s Patriarchate.
According to Jaghmaidze, churches will not be closed on Easter and solemn liturgy will be held with protection of law and adherence to recommendation of healthcare specialists.
Social distancing guidelines will have to be followed in large churches while the believers will have to stand in the yard in case of small churches.
