Applications received by Energy Ombudsman increased

The Georgian Energy Ombudsman summed up activities in Georgian National Energy Regulation Commission (GNERC) in 2017. Based on the statistics, applications to the office have increased by 6 times in comparison to 2013.

Water supply related complaints are leading in the complaints received in 2017. Natural gas sector is on the second place. Liabilities for electricity supply accumulated during many years remain as one of the main problems.
