Appeals Court upholds decision of City Court into so-called Cyanide Case

Appeals Court upheld the decision made by Tbilisi City Court into so-called Cyanide Case based on which Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze, charged for having attempted to poison a high-ranking clergyman with Cyanide, was declared guilty and will serve 9 years in prison.

Archpriest Mamaladze did not attend the court process. Judge Natia Barbakadze announced the decision.
