All persons, arrested at demonstration and counter-demonstration in Vake Park, released

All five persons, who were arrested at demonstration and counter-demonstration held on the day of victory over fascism in Vake Park, have been released under the receipt.

All five persons have been detained under the Code of Administrative Offenses. The police also warned 1 person.

One person was arrested for the use of Soviet symbols, while four participants of the counter-demonstration were arrested for minor hooliganism and police disobedience.

All five detainees have already been released after they signed the necessary documents.

Two rallies were held in Vake Park in Tbilisi today. One was organized by the Immortal Regiment. In parallel to that anti-occupation movements hold a rally. These rallies turned to clashes and detentions.
