Additional stores of vaccines against H1N1 virus to be imported

Additional stores of vaccines against H1N1 virus in the amount of 7 thousand dozes will be imported to Georgia today – Amiran Gamkrelidze, Head of the National Center for Diseases Control told First Channel.

Patients will be able to undergo vaccination starting January 23. Vaccination is first of all recommended to pregnant women and patients belonging to the risk groups.

Vaccination is free of charge. About 41 thousand people were vaccinated in autumn before the flu season.
