95-year-old woman died from COVID-19 in Abkhazia

A 95-year-old woman died from COVID-19 in Gudauta, occupied Abkhazia region.  According to reports, the patient had chronic diseases.

The patient was diagnosed with coronavirus on April 11, although she initially refused to be hospitalized. The woman was taken to the clinic on April 20 after her condition worsened.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient presented with bilateral polysynthetic pneumonia, as well as severe hypertension and chronic renal failure.
