PM’s statement about Defense Ministry

“Defense Ministry will resemble an inverted pyramid, when high-ranking officers are more than we need,” Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili said in an interview with “Moambe” News Program of First Channel. 

The plan of the ruling ream and optimization in state institutions were the main topics of the interview. According to PM, optimization is a painful process.
